I have a secret to tell you.  Your competitors absolutely love you but would not dare to tell you, they yearn for the day they can send you a doz Krispy Kreme OG’s. Because if they tell you, you would get smart and stop sending them all the love you do.  So… how do you send them love anyway?

Business is a race, it’s the survival of the fittest. And it’s a jungle out there, dog eats dog. Nobody starts a business with the intention of not making money.  You start a business to become profitable.

Because you don’t have an effective Web Presence, your competitors love the free traffic you are sending to them.

[BONUS] You don’t have an online shop

Make it convenient and as easy as possible for your customers to buy from you or to even consider buying from you.

If you don’t have a webstore, how are potential buyers going to find your products when they are doing their due diligence at home? With the pandemic, recent protests and the rising fuel costs retailers are noticing fewer walk-ins and bums in seats.  Make it convenient and as easy as possible for your customers to buy from you or to even consider buying from you. If you have a webstore your buyers can compare apples with apples. But if you don’t have a webstore all these buyers are going to your competitors.

If you are a brick and mortar store, and you are spending money on any type of offline or print ads, don’t miss the opportunity to send people to your webstore.  Understand most people will be reading that print material at home or after hours.  Make it easy for them to browse your catalogue in the comfort of their homes. Create an Online Showcase, Portfolio and Gallery for your business.
